CUSTODY TRANSFER
From this point, contracted farmer has no physical access. Tobacco enters Marillion's controlled process. Side marketing: structurally impossible.
CURING & MONITORING
Solar-thermal + biogas curing under automated control. Temperature, humidity, duration recorded digitally against the batch barcode. 7-day cycle.
GRADING & BALING
TIMB-certified graders classify each bale. Grade, weight, moisture recorded against barcode. Standard 80kg bales prepared.
DISPATCH TO MERCHANT
Bales delivered to merchant warehouse with digital manifest: every bale linked to farmer, plot, curing data, grade. Merchant signs receipt.
CARBON ATTRIBUTION
CO₂e saved calculated per batch. Carbon credits attributed to the farmer's record. Farmer receives 10% of carbon credit value as incentive payment.
